Eddie has risen to the challenge! He has trained and mentored his leasing staff, he organizes bi-monthling leasing meetings which are both fun and informative. He takes the time to create power point presentations and makes sure all associates receive a hand out with topics covered.
He coordinates outreach marketing and created a Preferred Employer list. He has trained the staff in programs like Lead2lease and One Site.
In the past 9-months he has achieved 115 leases while managing a leasing team that achieved 455 leases in just 9 months. WOW!! The staff has grown to love and respect him. Eddie is a pleasure to work with and always comes to work with a positive can do attitude.
