As the owner of Mi-Ella, a full service real estate investment start up I bring over fifteen years of experience. I first started my real-estate career in Chicago and expanded to (and fell in love with) Boston. I have been very successful as a leasing manager, agent and now as a managing broker I’ve been a top producer in each of my assigned territories. I will be specializing in commercial mixed use investments. Mi-Ella has stabilized over 30 luxury communities with over 3000 in sales overseeing over 10,000 apartment homes. When creating lease up marketing strategies I have an average 47% net conversion with a high of 63% I have maximized and secured the highest return on investment consistently and plan on doing the same for you.
