I began my real estate career in Chicago and later expanded to Boston, where I developed a deep focus on urban multifamily and mixed-use assets. Over the course of my career as a leasing manager, agent, and now managing broker, I have been a top producer in every territory I’ve served. Mi‑Ella specializes in commercial mixed-use and multifamily investments and has helped stabilize over 30 luxury communities, overseeing more than 10,000 apartment homes and driving significant lease and sales volume.
When leading lease-up and marketing strategies, I consistently achieve an average net conversion rate of 47%, with a peak performance of 63%. Drawing on this operational track record, I structure and execute investments designed to maximize risk-adjusted returns, and I am committed to applying the same discipline, performance focus, and accountability to every investor partnership I take on.
